We are CJ Live, an electric (or acoustic) music duo/trio, incorporating vocals, backup vocals, guitar, keyboard, and drums (trio) or drum beats (duo), playing a wide range of songs from all genres. From the 1920’s to today, pop, rock, punk, jazz, r&b, soul, Motown, and more. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this amazing duo! I reached out to Crystal from Florida to have her and Jeff perform at my sister’s wedding in New Jersey, and from the very beginning, she was an absolute dream to work with. Crystal was so warm, thoughtful, and attentive—she truly cared about making the day perfect. She guided me through every detail to make sure the music would flow beautifully and create the right atmosphere for all our guests.
When they performed… wow. Their voices together are pure magic. Crystal and Jeff can sing absolutely anything, and they do it with such grace, heart, and elegance. Having them perform live brought such a timeless and classy feel to the wedding—everyone was so impressed and moved.
I honestly wish they were in Florida so I could have them at all of my events! Not only are they incredibly talented, but they are also genuinely kind, professional, and a joy to be around. I would recommend them a thousand times over. They made the day unforgettable, and I’ll always be grateful.❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I would highly recommend! These two are an absolutely wonderful duo and are guaranteed to provide a fantastic musical selection for any event. In terms of the music they can supply - they offer a beautiful complimentary vocal range, along with tasteful keyboard/piano melodies and skillful string accompaniments. They also have a plethora of popular songs to pick from on their song list, which will allow you to have a really good mix of diversity for any set list for basically any type of event. If you are looking for awesome live music, you should book them today - you won’t be disappointed.

This charming (married) couple was a fantastic addition to a gathering I had recently. Only their musicianship topped the delightful vibe they added to the party. Jeff's guitar skills complemented Crystal's sweet voice, and the overall effect created a wonderful background for my guests. They were very professional and were willing to learn a couple of special song requests I had. I am recommending them to friends looking for lovely background music for similar gatherings.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our duo, the base price is $200 an hour. We may have to add to that due to travel distances. For the trio, base price is $300 an hour. And if we add any more musicians, it would go up from there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out as much as we can about your event with a questionnaire. This will tell us everything we need to understand your event and exactly what you’re looking for. We’ll always give our new clients our phone numbers and email, so you can reach out to us any time about anything!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jeff has been studying bass and guitar for over 20 years, and Crystal has been studying voice for over 15 years. Both of us have spent years playing in bands, all kinds of events and locations. And both of us teach music as well!
