He took photos of my roof, walked me through exactly what he found, and never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. It's rare to find a contractor this trustworthy. We had a great experience with Metro Elite from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a siding project.Our house is an 1980s contemporary with aging cedar siding that had reached the end of its life. Replacing it with Hardie siding was not a simple project. Given the style of the home, it could have gone very badly if the design wasnt handled thoughtfully, but Metro Elite helped us create a vision that completely transformed the house.They were professional, responsive, competitively priced, and brought great design ideas to the table. They suggested features like a cedar looking soffit with lighting to match our garage doors, design details over the windows, great lighting suggestions, gutters and a mix of Hardie Plank with Hardie Board & Batten to give the exterior a more distinctive look.Alex was great to work with throughout the process, and Frankie and the crew did an excellent job on the installation. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show.The finished product looks amazing. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Metro Elite to others.

Franklin and Alex are truly "Elite" in my opinion. They are incredible communicators, do what they say they are going to do and are totally focused on building trust with their customers. They answered all of my questions and immediately addressed some minor issues with zero complaints. I had the opportunity to work with Franklin during the entire roof & gutter replacement process, and it was just remarkable. They will be back in my future for sure.

I got several quotes, they were not the cheapest (when workmanship can often cuts corners) but there were also not the most expensive (when a contractor tries to rip you off)...Elite Metro price was fair and good workmanship. I did a small exterior project that required a section of siding repair, Alex and crew did a great job, added insulation and wrap to my sheathing, installed new matching siding including all trim work and electrical fixture trims.Timing and scheduling was also easy to coordinate due to Alex's great communication.I will remember them for future projects.
