FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll message you through Thumbtack then give you a call to arrange a site visit. We like to give estimates within 48 hours, but it might take a little longer for larger scale projects. We will NOT give an estimate without first visiting the jobsite. After the estimate is given (by email, text, or phone call) we'll arrange a start and finish date that work best for you and then get to work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be surprised by the cost. Precise detail work takes lot of time and very steady hands. We ensure higher quality work by taking the extra time to caulk moulding to prevent gaps from forming over time. We use the highest quality brushes to ensure that our lines come out straight and smooth every time, and we don't just slap color on your walls - we paint them carefully to get the most out of your chosen product and color. If there's damage to your walls, we'll repair them before we paint - if you want us to. Only keep in mind that spackle takes time to dry and we're going to do it right, even if itakes us a little longer. Have a starting time frame in mind so that we can work within your schedule.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Can I complete this project now? Do I want to get started in a few days or a few weeks? How long do I expect it to take? Are there holes or tape residue on my walls? How much do I expect to pay for this project?
