Denis is a very busy man but he eventually squeezed us in and did a wonderful job with our carpet. We were having the whole place deep cleaned the next day and he left us with some shoe protector to protect the carpet. He also left us with two fans to help with the drying process. Thanks Denis.

Denis Opoku was amazing. Very polite and communicative. Listened to everything I had to say about our carpet. If that wasn't wonderful enough, the QUALITY OF HIS WORK WAS EXCELLENT! Our older carpet looked great and so clean when he was finished. I almost couldn't believe my eyes. If you're looking to have your carpetscleaned LOOK NO FURTHER THAN "PEARL SOLUTIONS" and ask for Denis who is the owner. Trust me when I tell you not to waste your precious time and stress out looking at other carpetcleaners! PEARL SOLUTIONS WITH DENIS OPOKU IS THE BEST WAY TO GO! I believe his company does other types of cleaning etc. as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers. Most customers try new contractors, based on a lack of satisfactory work from previous contractors. First we explain our 3 step process for cleaning. First we vacuum to get the sand, lent, and pet hairs out the rug/carpet. Next is our Pre Cleaning/treatment. This is the part where we focus on the high traffic area and stained areas within the house. Lastly, the star of the whole operation takes place when, we use our extraction/steam cleaning machine.
