I hired Nathan to fix a damaged frame of casement window. He was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining the problem thoroughly and offering the best solution for our situation. The repair was completed promptly and efficiently, and he was such a professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend him for any handyman needs.

Great work repairing/ replacing two door handle/lock sets. I had been struggling with the mechanism lining up for quite some time. Both door handle mechanisms line up, close and lock easily now. Thank you!

Such a great experience. He was courteous and listened to my concerns. Did a great job working in my new residence. Hard worker and doesn’t leave till the jobs done. Cleans up afterwards. Responsive in all communications. I will continue to work with him for my future needs. I recommend him to everyone needing home repairs. Thank you Nate! Your help was invaluable to me.

I had an excellent experience with the Nathan. My snowblower wouldn’t turn on, and I was worried it would be a big, expensive fix. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain what might be wrong and walking me through the process as he worked. He quickly identified the issue and got the snowblower up and running in no time. I really appreciated his thoroughness and expertise. It’s rare to find such reliable service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing snowblower repair - he’s also more than capable of handling repairs on any small engine! Will call again for other projects.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first time I contact a new customer, I ask for further details about what they would like to have done or repaired. I ask if they have information they might have (such as identification tags, model, or parts numbers for the products) as well as a picture(s) of the problem they may be having. If they are able to provide this type of information, I am able to provide more accurate quotes, as well as order any parts that may be needed before my visit; this saves the customer and I both time and money by possibly making a 2 visit project into one, and getting the problem resolved more efficiently. I also work with the customer to figure out an appointment that works best for us both.
