I can't say enough great things about Liam's Construction.We hired Liam's after seeing the HardiePlank siding they installed for a neighbor. James and his team installed HardiePlank siding, Andersen new-construction windows, a new front door, and remodeled our porch. From our initial conversation, James was willing to work within our budget to achieve the look we wanted. He brought samples, brainstormed with us, and priced out different configurations of windows and siding.James team was amazing to work with. They mocked up molding and trim options so I could visualize everything before installation. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in their recommendations. Even with the small detailssuch as carefully caulking around the windows and the beautiful beadboard on the porchthey never rushed the process. The quality of the workmanship really shows. During demo and installation, the crew was clean and respectful of our property, making sure to tidy up every day before they left. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with.Im thrilled with the finished product, have already received many compliments, and would highly recommend Liams to anyone!

I hired Liam’s Construction to install a roof vent cap for my bathroom exhaust, and they did an excellent job. They were communicative, quick, and thorough. Cut the hole in the roof, installed the vent cap, sealed it perfectly, and connected the ducting. Highly recommend!
