He is a liar and a cheater. He took advantage of the situation and charged me almost 3 times more, yet the issue is still not fixed. I believe he knew about the problem but misled me. Do not trust him blindly, and make sure to confirm the price upfront before he starts the work. In my case, he never clearly explained the cost beforehand and the issue is back too.

Thank you for the feedback. To clarify, we were not aware that the outdoor condenser unit had been lifted until after we had fully charged the system and confirmed proper cooling performance.
Once we achieved proper operating temperature, we took picture of the customer’s house/vent temperature for our record and shard woth the customer. As we are leaving, the customer informed us that the unit had been lifted by a third party, the landscaping company, to place a pad underneath the compressor unit.
At that point, we advised the customer that lifting the unit may cause cracks or leaks in the copper line set. We also advised that a line check would be required to properly inspect for any refrigerant leak.
