Ziad was honest and fair from the start. Last year, I had someone replace an old thermostat with a new smart one, but they left it too close to my unit. One even insisted he’d need to break my walls and spend an entire day relocating the thermostat. From my first call with Ziad, he asked the right questions and understood the situation—especially when I mentioned that the previous technician had left a “fishing” cable for future work. Today, Ziad came by, used his tools to assess the existing cables, and resolved the issue without any hassle. The thermostat is now relocated to the correct room, and the unit isn’t cycling constantly anymore. I’ll be using Ziad for all my heating and cooling projects, and I own multiple properties.
