Pete is a true professional and knowledgeable Inspector. Truly a master of his trade, he made the nerve wrecking process a lot more comfortable. He walked me through every aspect of the home and explained the difference between major and minor defects. He was also able to provide rough ballpark figures for things that needed to be addressed. Another option is an oil tank sweep, most inspectors do not provide that service. In the end of the day with his inspection we were able to negotiate a fair amount off the price of the house to go along with having them repair some other items. Was a true pleasure to work with!
