- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to come to your home and talk through what it is you are looking for. We want to ensure that we know exactly what you want, what your expectations are, and how our services can align with your values. From there we will put together a customized estimate. Once all parties agree, we will sign off together and get the job on the calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in sales, customer service, marketing, and design for over two decades. I bring with this high level of expertise on the account side, while my crews of highly specialized and expert level painters and technicians take care of the real work.
