Aleks was great, very punctual, "in fact he arrived 5 minutes early," and was able to diagnose and solve the issue quickly. He even offered to explain how to do it to me in case I wanted to make the repairs myself, which i declined, but even still just goes to show the quality person he is. If you want someone who prioritizes the right solution vs the right now solution he's your man.

Aleksandr was a pleasure to work with, he was immediately responsive & showed up on schedule. Once the part he ordered for our dyer came in he was back to repair it he also cleaned out the clogged vent. Dryer is working like new- will definitely hire Aleksandr in the future!! Thank you Aleksandr!!
