- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a very competitive pricing system that allows customers to save money for their move. We also offer SEVERAL discounts that can be combined to help you save some money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer, you will reach out with some basic information that will help us understand what you are looking for. If we see we may be a fit, we reach out to get an inventory list and some more details to prepare an accurate estimate. Once you like what you hear, we reserve your move and start to get you ready for your move date. We always keep communication with you and give you consistent updates. Once your move is picked up, we get the delivery date you prefer and we try our best to accommodate it. You also are never asked to pay your full balance upfront to give you some reassurance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owners of JNC MOVING met while working as employees at another moving company. Through their shared experiences, they identified common issues within the industry that they wanted to address. Determined to provide a better moving experience for customers, they decided to join forces and start their own moving company. Their goal was to create a business that prioritized customer satisfaction, reliability, and professionalism. JNC MOVING was founded on these principles, and to this day, the owners are committed to upholding these values in every move they complete.
