- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices ain’t low also ain’t high there priced at what it should be in order to give the customer a Quality job that will last that won’t hurt there pocket. I don’t cut corners I do what I tell you and what is in writing on contract. There would never be hidden fees or surprises after the job is completely
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe communication is key I stay in contact with the homeowner from start to finish
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have pictures of me 5 years old on the job site riding the equipment with my dad so I guess you can say I been training all my life and it’s in my blood
