What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of each event and varies depending on the clients needs. The pricing can be discussed and agreed upon between myself and my client. Each event is different and our pricing structures vary depending on the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to schedule a phone or sit down initial consultation in order to gather information regarding the event. Once all of the information is gathered than a proposal can be made. Once the client has accepted the proposal and contact terms then we can go ahead and begin the planning phases of the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a caterer and event planner for various companies for 10+ years and have had years of hands on experience.
