I hired TwinFlame Catering & Events for my wedding which took place at my home. The entire day went so smoothly and that was largely in part to the professionalism of the staff on site! They came in and set everything up and got right to work making the most delicious food. Even the day after the wedding my guests were going out of their way to tell me how incredible the food was! I can’t say enough good things about them! Everything was delicious and the staff was so courteous and kind! I had reached out to a few catering companies to have passed hors d’ouvers and a carving station and so many of them just simply didn’t get back to me, or they were way over-priced. But as soon as I reached out to TwinFlame Catering they were very responsive and professional! They were an absolute perfect fit for us and I will continue to use them for any future events!

Catia helped plan a fully catered company BBQ quickly and easily when we found out at the last minute the building manager would not allow a BBQ grill on the property. She saved our company event!

Your 2 staff people were courteous and worked hard but were very inexperienced. We have damage to the finish on our dining room table as the serving trays were placed directly on the table with no protection.

Douglas, Thank you for the review. Our staff sent us a picture of the set up while they were there in order to first get our approval. You had four chaffing dishes that were set up with your hot appetizer items on your dining room table as per your instruction. You did not rent linens from us and therefore we did not have any for your event. I advised to your per our last conversation that our bartender Matt was not experienced and would only be able to pour beer and wine because our more experienced bartenders would be at other events across the Tri-State. You advised that this was okay as long as he learned how to make a Cosmopolitan, which he did. I apologize for the damage to the finish of your dining room table, but our service staff was not to blame. The hot items were set up properly in the chaffing set ups. Hope to work with you again soon!
