They replaced a water heater that was on footings with one sitting on the floor directly. I wish if that was the deal, I would have had the opportunity to put in a pan. Otherwise, service was fast and reasonably priced. I could see the cost of the water heater I was getting online via competitors and thus their installation/removal costs.

Pro Water Heaters did an amazing job installing my water heater. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Stephen answered all my questions and explained the process of the job to me the day prior to installation. The installer reached out to me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Showed him the Water heater and began working his magic. He drained and uninstalled the damaged heater. Brought the new water heater inside and installed the heater. He completed the job professionally and efficiently. He made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving, informed me to give it an hour before the hot water can be used and cleaned up the area afterward. I really appreciated the honest pricing, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a water heater installation or plumbing work.
