Pleased and Satisfied,
Seon is the technician that serviced my Treadmill. He showed up at the time and date stated. I have a 20-year-old NordicTrack c2200 treadmill which according to my opinion still performs at a high level, but running belt is sticking. The tech evaluated the issue and determined the machine was fixable. After the diagnostic had been completed, Seon explained what was done and what needed to be done next for the machine to run all right. I ordered a part that was needed, he installed it, and the treadmill is running flawlessly. Seon is a true professional and communicated clearly during the whole process. Highly recommended for any equipment needs.
