Original job request was to clean 2 flights stair carpets going from the ground floor to 1st and 1st to 2nd. They quoted $150. We agreed to pay via paypal. When the cleaner came, they demanded $100 more because there are two sets of stairs going from the ground floor to 1st. I accepted. They cleaned the carpet and asked for the payment immediately several times via text message, email and phone call. I told them I'd confirm the cleaning and would pay by the end of the day. The lady asked to confirm by what time the payment would be made. I again told them I'd pay after I check the carpet and would pay by the end of the day, and hung up the phone. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you Yeojoon. On the day of service before we even unloaded any equipment, aside from there being a lot of traffic going on throughout the day even after we completed our services; we found the stairs in extreme soiled and with multiple spotted conditions. We reached out to you to let you know that there was another flight of stairs that was NOT included in the original estimate. We originally quoted you $150 for 2 flights but with the other extremely soiled half a flight that we spotted we consulted you beforehand that it would be $50 more if you chose to have us clean it in which you agreed & $50 more because it would take us double the time of what we originally calculate prior to arriving to the apartment and conduct our services. Upon the completion of our services, we tried reaching out to you; so after several tries and finally got in touch we provided pictures of our completed work together with the invoice that we provided you almost instantly after you requesting the invoice sent to your e-mail. You mentioned you would pay via PayPal initially which we agreed from the start, but our company policy requires payment after the completion of our services unless we come to an agreement for commercial companies only since they go by payroll. We simply sent you a reminder through both text and e-mail in regards to the payment, yet did not receive the payment at the end of the services until almost 10pm when we had to reach out to you again since it was already the next day. After sending you that last reminder, that’s when we received the payment in which we did NOT include the PayPal fees that were NOT included in the final amount that we charged you. (About $10 in fees that we waived for you as a new client). Lastly we gifted you 2 brand new mini rugs for FREE. (One for the entrance and one at the entrance of the garage to keep dirt away from the stairs) We do take pride in our work and want to make sure your carpet cleaning needs are satisfied. We apologize again if our payment reminders seemed a bit spammy. -Thank you for choosing JPK

I cannot say enough about Pam and her team. They came to our office for a site visit and explained thoroughly what their process is like and the results we could expect. On day of service, they were all on time, prepared and professional. Our carpets were cleaned after work and dry for the next morning. They look bright, smell fresh and are visibly so much better!
