I’m mesmerized with Rich DiFeo’s , work. I was a little scared in the beginning, because it was my first time hiring a photographer/video shooter. DiFeo will be on top of everything at all times. On very short notice, Rich DiFeo, responded to our needs to have a video produced for a memorial service for my son which is to be presented and viewed at the service. It involved a number of close friends and staff members at the place where my son lived for the past 6 months, speaking on video & sharing their fondest memories and funny stories about my son. These videos are of the people that were closest to my son before he passed, and they are priceless to me. The video was extremely professionally done and was more than expected. Very high quality. Rich was AMAZING! I might have booked him for a photo booth rental but the guy has some moves lol… A+ for entertainment!! His communication and punctuation were exceptional. Rich arrived about an hour early to set up which we much appreciated. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve had vendors arrive to our events late, but that simply wasn’t the case here. The photos printed super fast and were of great quality. Also, a good selection of props. My family and I are still talking about how great and entertaining he was. If you are in the market for a photo booth rental, trust me when I say GO WITH RICH!!! P.s. you’re definitely invited to the cookout lol!

Rich is amazing. We hired him for our wedding and I can't say enough of how great he was, from his professionalism to quality from the very beginning. He cares about his work and wants to hear what you envision for your event, and he works to make that happen. We had some specific requests and he was so great about fulfilling them. He also was able to see from a small list of songs what type of music we wanted and was able to just take it from there without us having to worry. I also really recommend hiring him, in addition to DJ, for a photobooth. It was a really cool design for the booth and modern looking, unlike anything I've seen (I wish I had a picture of it!). Our guests had a blast. I seriously recommend him, and he's one of the best vendors I've ever worked with. Thank you, Rich!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give the costumer more value than the fee rendered. The customer receives the best value because all of the work is done by me personally, allowing me to save on overhead and reflecting the savings back to the customer. The reason is that I love what I do and my work reflects that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The discovery phase, where we identify your ultimate goal for the project and who you are trying to reach. 2. The planning phase, where a solution is proposed. 3. The execution phase, where the plan is brought to life. 4. The quality phase, where we test, launch and review the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in business and marketing and over 10 years of experience in web design and media creation (photo & video) 9 years experience as a DJ.
