Too too long to get back to me, each time we communicated it took hours in between for him to respond ,then when he finally did get back to me to set up the appointment, he never showed up to do the job. Ridiculously unprofessional..

Hello Dennis. We are very sorry you didn't feel you recieved our undivided attention when reaching out to us. Unfortunately we don't have a team that solely fields messages and emails on the app. We are working on that. As contractors we usually are working physically with our hands and sometimes in precarious situations that don't allow us to immediately stop what we are working on to answer messages and emails. We do answer our messages when time allows, just as it is with all professions. With that being said, we never set up a time for the date that was mentioned because we felt you were not a right fit for us. We would like to work with everyone, but sometimes either the job or the client isn't a right fit. I can assure anyone that hires us that we will do the job right and at a great value!!
