Our pricing depends on the size and condition of the project. We provide clear estimates and always discuss the scope of work and pricing before getting started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding exactly what the customer needs. We can schedule an estimate, take measurements, discuss materials and options, and provide a clear quote. Once approved, we schedule the project and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in flooring and remodeling. We have experience with hardwood, vinyl, laminate, floor preparation, sanding and refinishing, and other home improvement projects.
