Luciano and his team were wonderful. Everyone's reviews helped in his hire. During our initial meeting, Luciano came with samples of flooring. We decided to go with his supplier. The price was fair for the quality of materials we wanted. He gave us the price upfront which I loved. Side note: If a person has been in business for 5+ years and will not give you a price RANGE over the phone, RUN!!! RED FLAGS. So Luciano gave me his price per square footage and we estimated the supplies. He communication was great. What I loved about him and his team was their patience. My family wasn't ready when they arrived!!! We had to clear 5 rooms and still had carpets down. Luciano and his team pitched in and helped remove items as well as the carpets. Initially I asked what the start and end time would be and he said 9-9:30 and no time before 3pm. The job was complete 3ish! Amazing service. I wouldn't hesitate to hire.

Great job! We were on a tight schedule trying to get our house on the market. They were flexible to work around the painters' schedule and sanded and finished our floors and installed flooring in 2 rooms ahead of schedule. At the last min we added a room that needed flooring installed, as we decided against carpeting. They were very responsive and flexible as we were not exactly sure of when we needed them to start. They came on time, kept me updated with photos throughout the job and gave us a 1 yr warranty on their work. We could not have been happier.
