Luciano did a great job refinishing my old floors. He is responsive and he really pays attention to your needs. Very professional and friendly to work with. But it's not just the personality. The end results were just as he promised. The floors are great and he met the timeline. And he gives one year warranty. I'm very happy with my floors now. I would reach out to Luciano again for any future floor work. 10/10 recommended!

Luciano and his team were wonderful. Everyone's reviews helped in his hire. During our initial meeting, Luciano came with samples of flooring. We decided to go with his supplier. The price was fair for the quality of materials we wanted. He gave us the price upfront which I loved. Side note: If a person has been in business for 5+ years and will not give you a price RANGE over the phone, RUN!!! RED FLAGS. So Luciano gave me his price per square footage and we estimated the supplies. He communication was great. What I loved about him and his team was their patience. My family wasn't ready when they arrived!!! We had to clear 5 rooms and still had carpets down. Luciano and his team pitched in and helped remove items as well as the carpets. Initially I asked what the start and end time would be and he said 9-9:30 and no time before 3pm. The job was complete 3ish! Amazing service. I wouldn't hesitate to hire.
