As a first time homeowner, seeking efficient quality contractors can be stressful. After interviewing several contractors, my husband and I selected Luciano Dellanno Flooring. He made us comfortable to rely on his expertise for leveling subfloor, installing flooring/transitions, replacing stair treads and install baseboards. His crew remain on-site for over 24 hours to complete the installation processes contuniously for over 1000 square feet. The lesson we learnt was to ensure cost of finishing is included (For us, that includes caulking/sealing baseboard and having all wood cuts done outside of the home because it created so much dust). We look forward to working with Luciano for another project. Thank you Dellanno Flooring
