I have been in the service industry for over a decade and haven't had a company take advantage of me like VJG Floors had. At first they gave me a price to have the floors redone at our office and said it would take 3 days total. We arranged a date, agreed on a price, and gave them a cash deposit. I had given my employees 3 days paid off time due to the floors scheduled for remodeling. The morning of.. no one showed up. I called them dozens of times and no answer. I was outraged and they called me back towards the end of the day saying they were sorry they had another job and will "start" tomorrow. Tomorrow came and 9am and nothing.. after they ignored my calls, I tried calling from another number and they answered. I was furious with them and they ended up coming at 1pm. Then they start telling me that we have to give them more money than we originally agreed upon due to "miscalculations of material". I would understand a couple of hundred dollars but $3,000 on top of what they initially said?! I didn't fall for their money trap and told them to finish as I had a business to run and was tired of the nonsense. 3 days go by and guess what? They are still not done. What else could go wrong? After arguing with them and a week and a half, they finally finished and we started to move the desks back into the office. The floors started to lift in certain areas and and the edges started to have opening. I called them to come in and take a look and they tried to blame it on the structure of the building and that they would fix it for an additional price of $2,500... I laughed really hard, asked them very nicely to leave and ended up getting a real flooring company to finish VGJ's terrible job. My recommendation, pay a little more but less headache and don't hire VGJ Floors unless you have a lot of time and money to waste.

My house is 130 years old with original wood floors. Because of some water leaks, some of the flooring had been replaced with vinyl prior to me purchasing the home. VGJ floors brought our extremely beat up hardwood floors back to life and replaced the boards that were damaged. They took out the section with the vinyl floors and replaced with new hardwood. I can't believe how gorgeous my floors are now. I didn't know they could looks so good! These guys are masters of their trade and the outcome shows it. They're pricing is so reasonable, the cost was half of what I thought it would be. I will use them again to refinish the floors in my other house. I wish I could post a picture here because I cant stop looking at these floors! Thank you VGJ Floors!!

Awesome. Priced a couple of guys, these guys were lowest by a few hundred bucks. Can't imagine anyone else doing a better job. These guys worked their butts off and left the place clean every day. Kept me well informed the whole time. HIGHLY recommend them. I will never use anyone else for flooring.

Did a great job sanding and staining our hardwood stairs...look better than new.
