Our pricing is competitive and based on the size of the space, type of service, and frequency of cleaning. We provide free estimates upfront, with no hidden fees. Discounts are available for recurring services such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with a brief consultation to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. We then provide a free estimate and explain our recommended services in detail. Once approved, we schedule the cleaning at a convenient time for the customer. On the day of service, our trained team arrives on time, fully equipped, and performs a thorough cleaning. After the service, we follow up to ensure complete satisfaction and adjust future cleanings if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning. We are trained in the proper use of eco-friendly products, safe cleaning techniques, and best practices for deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and office cleaning. In addition, we regularly update our training to ensure high-quality standards, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
