- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by talking with the customer to understand their needs, preferences, and schedule. From there, we provide an estimate and explain what’s included in the service. Once everything is agreed on, we schedule the cleaning and deliver reliable, detailed service with clear communication from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 9 years of hands-on experience in professional cleaning. Through the years, we’ve learned the best techniques, products, and methods to clean efficiently while caring for different surfaces and homes. Our experience is our greatest training.
