- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
60 minute sessions: 10 sessions $800 25 sessions $1750 30 minute sessions: 10 sessions $500 25 sessions $1000 Group training prices provided upon request. I provide extreme value. Value = receiving products, services, and results that exceed expectations, regardless of the price paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Obtain critical info regarding age, physical condition, limitations/injuries, goals, and undeniable reason for committing to themselves. 2. MAP- massive action plan. Use the info provided to create a training and nutrition plan that addresses my client’s specific needs and goals. 3. Continuously provide my client with information that keeps them engaged with their program, even when we are not together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years as a personal trainer and fitness studio owner. (Cross Training Fitness Studio- Short Hills NJ, and New York Personal Training- NYC). Competitive bodybuilder, triathlete, obstacle course racer, Muay Thai fighter. AFAA certified.
