Donald is a superb contractor - knowledgeable and with a great sense of responsibility. He handles the work and has a dedicated team at his disposal. His wife Tanisha handles the business side like a pro, all the way to scheduling, ordering supplies and billing. I initially hired them for the demolition of my kitchen, but I liked them so much I ended up asking them to handle the entire renovation work, except for cabinets install, for which I had to use contractors of the cabinet seller for warranty reasons. Donald and his team handles the demo, painting, tiling the floor and backsplash as well as disconnecting and connecting appliances. They worked with dedication and speed. I love my new kitchen and I am very grateful to 3D Renovations.

3DS really came through we had a big multi family home project to get completed and they came through and got the job done and beautifully. Donald and Tanesha were very professional throughout the project and provided great insights and execution at a great value. They have brought our old multifamily home in to the modern world. If i have any renovation, plumbing, and electrical work to be done i will be working with 3DS to get it done. I couldn't add all the photos but see attached.

As a self-employed business owner, it was challenging to find the time to thoroughly clean my new apartment prior to moving in my belongings. Then along came Tanisha to save the day! Literally! She did an excellent job covering every corner leaving it spotless and smelling absolutely amazing. Tanisha was punctual, friendly, trustworthy and her services were budget friendly. I highly recommend Tanisha's home cleaning services and plan to utilize her again in the future.

Donald, Tanisha and their 3D's renovations team have been wonderful. I am completely renovating a 3-unit building in Jersey City and brought their team in after demolition to put the house back together. They installed drywall, floor tile, wall tile, and trim beautifully. His painting team did a fantastic job painting numerous rooms, ceilings, and the entire 3 floor staircase. Donald was also happy to help with smaller projects such as cutting holes in the brick wall to install wall AC units, helping me build custom cabinets, tightening lose faucets, mounting dishwashers, leveling floors, the list goes on and on. The best part about the team is that they will do the job correctly with a high level of attention to detail. If I am not completely satisfied with something, they are more than happy to re-do it from scratch to make me satisfied. They are also very flexible with timing and have often come out on a Saturday to complete something that needed to be done. I had an issue with a plumber (not related to 3D) that I used to install the shower pans in the bathrooms that caused a leak inside the wall. Donald came out immediately (on a Saturday) and replaced the entire shower assembly to fix someone else's mistake. Another important factor to hiring someone is the ability to trust someone in your home and feel comfortable in discussing money and issues that come up in every construction job. I have been completely comfortable with the team in my house without anyone there to supervise, and any discussions on costs for additional work I am requesting has been very reasonable. I will be submitting GORGEOUS pictures as soon as everything is cleaned up to demonstrate just how great 3D's renovations has been! :)
