I am honest with my customers. I will tell them if it's worth fixing the appliance or not. I know from first hand that money is tight and there is no need to tell my customers that their appliance can be fixed when in reality it really cannot. 9 times out of 10 I'm available the same day. I return calls right away.
I can repair and maintain washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens and stoves. I work with multiple brands, including Frigidaire, GE, KitchenAid, and Maytag. For installations, I can install appliances in locations with preexisting water/electrical hookups, however I do NOT create new water/electrical hookups.
I've been in this line of work for over 20 years, and have had customers continue to come back to me for over 15 years as well. I pride myself on my professionalism and honesty, and believe that trust is at the core of any good business practice.p

He came through and installed and mounted my microwave within the same weekend I contacted him. Not only that, but he was able to remove the mirror behind without any issue. He was very professional and punctual. I would definitely hire again!

He was very responsive and professional really helped explain to us the cause of the issues we were experiencing. He tested out our dryer to make sure it was working and cleared out our vents to ensure they were functioning properly. I will definitely be contacting him in case I experience any other issues with my appliances.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to get back to customers as quickly as I am able. I always let customers know if I have the necessary parts in stock, and if not I let them know how fast I can have their parts ordered.
