My pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the project, as well as the quality of materials selected by the client. I always provide a detailed, written quote upfront, which breaks down all costs, including labor, materials, and any potential fees. My pricing process is completely transparent, with no hidden charges. I can often offer different options to fit a client’s specific budget and may occasionally offer special promotions on certain projects or during specific seasons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a free initial consultation. I visit the site to assess the space, discuss the client’s vision, and understand their specific needs. From there, I provide a detailed, itemized quote that breaks down the costs for labor and materials. Once the contract is signed, I manage the entire project from start to finish. I believe in continuous communication throughout the process to ensure the client is always informed and that their expectations are being met every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to years of on-the-job experience, I’ve completed specialized training courses in the latest tiling techniques and modern materials, such as rapid-setting mortars and advanced waterproofing systems. I make a point of staying current with the newest trends in bathroom design and the use of sustainable, energy-efficient materials.
