What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since requirements differ from client to client, it is better to discuss with me in detail before I can provide any pricing information.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically setup a consultation over phone or in person with customer to understand their needs and preferences. I also answer any questions they might have like what kind of outfit will be good for portraits, professional head shots etc. This helps to build a good relationship between us and also make each other comfortable on the day of photo shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended advanced photography classes with a master photographer (one of the top photographer in the UK) who specializes in wedding and portrait photography.
