- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: The customer reaches out via phone, email, or message to discuss their needs. Consultation & Assessment: I ask questions, review the project details, and, if needed, visit the site to assess the work. Estimate & Proposal: I provide a clear, written estimate outlining costs, materials, timeline, and any special considerations. Scheduling the Work: Once the customer approves, we schedule a convenient time to begin. Project Completion: I perform the work efficiently and professionally, keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Final Review & Satisfaction Check: After finishing, I review the work with the customer to ensure everything meets their expectations. Follow-Up: I provide care tips, answer questions, and remain available for any future needs or adjustments.
