- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a discount to seniors. For bigger jobs with more billable hours a smaller hourly price can be negotiated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be open about what I think about the job, my ability to do it and how I think it should be done. I want a customer to feel comfortable discussing their concerns and what they are looking for. If they would like I am willing to go into detail what the job process will entail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for professionals as an apprentice for several years in residential and commercial contracting. I also learned a lot the 3 years spent in the elevator Union.
