Kris truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I am more than happy to give them a well-deserved 5-star review. First and foremost, they arrived right on time, ready to tackle the project. Secondly their rates are reasonable in this competitive market and they readily accommodate your requirements. The paint job was really outstanding- I couldn't be happier with the results! Kris and his colleague went above and beyond by taking the initiative to apply primer and four coats of paint, considering the previous paint was darker. This attention to detail ensured a flawless finish and a beautiful transformation of my living room, kitchen, and hallway. Lastly, they took the time to properly clean up after completing the job, leaving my home in pristine condition. Kris and Maria are a great team, very professional, and extremely courteous. We hired KIAM to paint our fence and Kris knocked out ahead of schedule and within budget. Great value and excellent service. We will be hiring them again to handle some interior painting next. Could not be happier.

I had a great experience working with Kris and Maria to paint three rooms that required some attention before painting and also had some detail work requiring close attention to detail. Kris was available quickly to look at the job and he provided a very competitive quote as well as assistance in setting up the house and getting the materials. He and his team were also available quickly and finished the job a little early. The quality was excellent and I will definitely work with them again.

I am very detailed oriented. I make sure that when I do something, I do my best. This takes time and obviously, it is more work. This reflects my prices. My prices are moderate. I know people can get the service a little bit cheaper but I promise especially in home improvement, you get what you pay for. My workmanship and expectations of my work is very high.
