I had a great experience working with Kris and Maria to paint three rooms that required some attention before painting and also had some detail work requiring close attention to detail. Kris was available quickly to look at the job and he provided a very competitive quote as well as assistance in setting up the house and getting the materials. He and his team were also available quickly and finished the job a little early. The quality was excellent and I will definitely work with them again.

The KIAM team did a good job touching up the paint after we had some electrical work done that involved cutting into the Sheetrock. They were friendly, responsive, quick, a good value, and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire again.

I was nervous at first but since the beginning my fiancé and I have had a good experience with them. They told us that the job would be done in 4 days and they did it in 2 days. The job was done perfect and the guy even cleaned up and took the garbage.

I am very detailed oriented. I make sure that when I do something, I do my best. This takes time and obviously, it is more work. This reflects my prices. My prices are moderate. I know people can get the service a little bit cheaper but I promise especially in home improvement, you get what you pay for. My workmanship and expectations of my work is very high.
