- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work mostly with insurances. Seldom some people come without insurance as self-pay. These payments are based on the type of ailment and many other factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new customer part out their information and we verify their benefits with their insurance company. If the customer is self paid and not using insurance, then this step is eliminated. They book the appointment with us. When they arrive, they are given required paperwork to be filled out. They can also download the forms from our website and fill it up in the comfort of their homes and bring it with them. We then evaluate and diagnose the issue and the reason of their visit. We then educated the patient about the ailment and the underlying cause of the ailment. We then draw out a plan of treatment. We then start the treatment with a positive note in an uplifting motivation atmosphere.
