- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing does vary. Types of things that determine price would be our location, amount of time per session, how many days per week per session and what the clients needs are Clients pay with packages such as an 8 or 10 week package before the training. The money is certainly refundable if the client needs to stop for any reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do when beginning with a new client is an assessment. We see any imbalances and and or weaknesses in the body. In that way we can determine what type of program should be created.
