Ive started my journey with coach Dula 4 months ago not knowing what to expect, and let me tell you i was mind blown! we've made so much progress and I've learned so much from him! he was also very patient with me and made me a custom meal plan based on what i like in foods and I'm allergic to, cant express how thankful i am to him, he changed my life!

    My rates are monthly, however I offer discounts for long term commitments such as 3,6,12 months, ask me for more!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 7 years, training is something that I got into because I found that I can impact others lives and improve it, which gives purpose to what I do!

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Most of my clients get a satisfactory transformation between 3~6 months, however it all comes down to how disciplined you are and how bad you want the transformation, the rest is on me!
