What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per hour and depending on the guest count, how long the party is and also how far the Travel is i will determine my quote. Cash,Check,Venmo and Paypal are my excepted forms of payment and all Deposits are non refundable. I think I have a great staff that I use and whether its Serving, Bartending or whatever else i feel like we will do a great job. I feel like my pricing is fair and reasonable compared to market value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to work with the client in every step of the process of preparing the party up until the completion of the event. Im easily accesible and will anser any question the client has about their upcoming event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Bartending School and ive also been working as a Server for 10 years and a Bartender for 7 years.
