I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with water damage in my home, but I can confidently say that it was made much more bearable thanks to the exceptional service provided by 1RP. From the moment I called for assistance, the team at the company was quick to respond, and they immediately got to work assessing the damage and formulating a plan of action. The technicians who came to my home, Mike and Allan, were not only knowledgeable and experienced, but they were also friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the process to me, and they kept me informed every step of the way. They worked tirelessly to remove all of the water and dry out the affected areas, and they even performed necessary repairs to ensure that the damage wouldn't happen again.
But what really stood out to me was the level of care and attention to detail that Mike and Allan brought to their work. They were clearly dedicated to making sure my home was restored to its pre-damage condition, and they took great care to ensure that everything was done to the highest standard. I felt confident that my home was in good hands, and that gave me peace of mind during a stressful time.

I had a water line break in my second floor bathroom. It was raining in my kitchen and dining room and destroying my home. I called a plumber to come and fix the leak and he recommended the RP1 group. Allan arrived at my house within 45 minutes and began going over the process to restore my home. He had his crew over the same day to start the work. They were fast, professional and when it all finished my home looked great. I was very satisfied with their work.

1RP was truly a life saver! I had a flooding issue within my one bedroom due to an HVAC problem. There was extensive water damage due to this issue. Allan and his team were with me every step of the way. They showed up the next day and begin removing all of the water damaged areas. Allan was in constant contact with me over the entire process and got the removal and the new installation all done within 1 week, like he had promised.

We experienced water damage from a roof leak in September, it was ongoing and we had multiple companies come out.
