- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a full-time, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and have been teaching for over a year. I currently teach Vinyasa at Crunch Fitness in Green Brook, serve as the lead yoga instructor at an up-and-coming private women’s gym, offer private classes in my home studio, and work as a substitute teacher at Peace of Mind, a trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed yoga studio in Berkeley Heights. My teaching style is rooted in accessibility, empowerment, and healing. I specialize in private 1-on-1 sessions and small group classes, incorporating yoga therapy tools tailored to individual needs. I’m certified in Yin Yoga and Trauma-Informed Yoga, and I’m currently completing certifications in Yoga for Anxiety and Prenatal Yoga (expected August). Whether working with beginners or experienced students, I create a safe, supportive space for personal growth and transformation.
