Krupa was a great instructor! You can tell she’s super passionate about her work. She was super patient and calm which was helpful for me since I’m new to yoga. Can’t wait to go back to another one of her classes!

Hi I’m Simran, and I took a virtual session with Krupa! The session was super fun and Krupa is very nice. She lets me book more sessions advance which is great. Krupa even offers a sliding scale which helps me pay for the classes. What I loved most was that she’s really easy to work with! I think I’ll be taking her classes all the time!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I’m a full-time, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and have been teaching for over a year. I currently teach Vinyasa at Crunch Fitness in Green Brook, serve as the lead yoga instructor at an up-and-coming private women’s gym, offer private classes in my home studio, and work as a substitute teacher at Peace of Mind, a trauma-sensitive and trauma-informed yoga studio in Berkeley Heights. My teaching style is rooted in accessibility, empowerment, and healing. I specialize in private 1-on-1 sessions and small group classes, incorporating yoga therapy tools tailored to individual needs. I’m certified in Yin Yoga and Trauma-Informed Yoga, and I’m currently completing certifications in Yoga for Anxiety and Prenatal Yoga (expected August). Whether working with beginners or experienced students, I create a safe, supportive space for personal growth and transformation.
