- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a motto at DTSU, "We save your nerves... and your wallet", which we stick by. We started this business to help the community and give them another option rather than the expensive big companies. We strive to provide top quality work at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start by having a phone consultation which will later lead to a site visit. Usually this is required for most jobs to ensure the scope of work is proper. We will schedule and show up to complete the job and then ensure the client is happy and has a full understanding of the system installed. If the client needs any help afterwards we are more than happy to assist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with family members who are licensed professionals for years, since 2011 when I started my business. I have also completed a bachelors degree and I am working on a masters. I have been a handyman/LV technician for 9 years and counting.
