Hello. I have over 30 years of experience at handyman tasks including the following: - Painting - Minor drywall repair - Demolition - Electrical: repair/replacement and installation - Plumbing: light repair and installation - Floors: 3/4" hardwood, laminate and tile installation - Just about any home maintenance job As an example, I'm just finishing up a small bathroom redo that includes the following: - Painting the ceiling (white) and walls (tan) plus Spackle and wall prep - Replacing a 50-cfm ceiling fan with a 90-cfm fan to fix moisture issue - Replacing wall switches - Installation of new light fixture - Installation of 4x4 wall tile above/around shower/tub - Installation of new sink faucet - Fixing and cleaning a vanity sliding mirror - Compounding fiberglass surround and tub - Installation and staining of new molding around vanity - Installation of a tile floor and tile baseboard I'm available to work as many hours as needed. I was recently laid off from Revel (passed background and drug test). I'm mature, nonsmoker, nondrinker, and drama free, with an eye for detail and a great work ethic. I have my own hand-powered tools, a clean driving record and reliable transportation, but I do not own a truck.
