- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the needs of each customer, the size of the space, and on the dirtiness of the space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, over the phone or by text message, we set a time for us to go to the space and give an estimate. Based on my experience, it is better for us to personally at the space before giving an estimate. We do not want to charge you for something you do not need or sometimes the house is not as dirty or as much work as it would seem through pictures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting my company, I worked for another cleaning company for 10 years prior.
