I recently contracted with Kill Mold to remediate mold in two exterior closets. Before the remediation there was an odor coming into my condo unit and I was experiencing headaches. After the remediation the odor is gone and I have no more symptoms. They do great work and I highly recommend Kill Mold.

Responded immediately for an appraisal of the "mold" situation. Upon arrival they immediately told me that it did not appear to be mold, but possibly an overspray of something form the building manufacturer. To be sure they took a sample - I got test results 24 hours later saying that there was no significant presence of mold. This was a relief after we had gotten an estimate of 6,000.00 for mold removal and remediation by another company who came in person, felt the "mold" and saw the patterns. They said there was no need to test - it was definitely mold and it was definitely a big job. That company was AAA Lead Removal - recommended by Angie's.

Thanks, Bob! Our years of experience help us determine whether or not there is mold but we always like to recommend taking samples because that is the only way to be sure. We send them out to a third-party lab to avoid a conflict of interest. It's always a good thing when it's not mold so that you and other homeowners can rest easy. Have a great summer!
