Lucia is an excellent organizer, is a motivator, has a positive spirit and has truly helped me to recognize the necessity of feeling at peace in my home. The cleansing process of sorting, letting go of the excessive material items and valuing what is important, has given me a new attitude about my home. I didn't know where to start and she has been able to direct me and focus! Not an easy feat! We are making tremendous progress and I look forward to her return. I can't say enough. I like to know what their expectations are. There is no one size fits all cleaning and organizing. Everyone has preferences and I like to know what they are so I can accommodate them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a training manager for many years cleaning and organizing problem stores. In that time I went to countless trainings and seminars on productivity and visual merchandising-which translates to hard work and making spaces look inviting! I also took courses and received certifications for professional organizing, cleaning standards and feng shui.
