I have an older vacation home that we are planning to push down and rebuild, but have had to delay it for a while due to building materials costs. When we arrived this May for the summer, we discovered significant winter ice floe damage to the dormer, with resulting interior damage. This had to be repaired, but given our plans to rebuild, we did not want to do extensive repairs. Dynamic Property Solutions understood our problem immediately, and developed a good structural plan to repair the roof and interior damage, gave us a detailed estimate, and then delivered on it. Their professionalism is unparalleled, they kept me informed throughout the process, and the quality of the work is great. I would definitely use them for another project!

Will was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained about the installation of a roof and removal of old roof. Video was taken of the roof. Roofers were professional and efficient. Clean up was great.Video was taken of the roof when finished. I’m very pleased with the roof and this company.
