- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on the customer’s specific vision. Every event and beverage experience is customizable to fit the customer's budget. With that said, we pride ourselves on offering remarkable value. We offer 15% off on 12 or more bottles of wine. In addition, events where we supply alcohol + bartenders, we will discount 15% off wine, 10% spirits, 5% beer, and a discounted bartending rate. Lastly, we take back any product that is not opened, and that we can re-sell. Our clients have come to love this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we connect on, with the customer, is their desired outcome/vision/goal of the event. From here, we’ll have an understanding of the scope of the event and how we can be of service/value. We will then prepare a proposal for your review. We have the ability to manage your event, or simply play a supporting part.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our bartenders are TIPS certified, as safety (in our line of work) is one of our care values. In addition, our wine and whisky experts have earned various certifications, as well as on average, over 500+ hours of continuous education. This allows us to create customizable world-class experiences.
