I bought my house 11 years ago and my black laminate countertops that the previous owners installed were falling apart. I chose Imagination Stone because of their responsiveness to all my questions and their attentiveness. I sent pictures of my kitchen and told them which style I was interested in and they immediately knew which samples to show me. Everything was clear and concise. Prices were very reasonable. The work was professional.

**2 months later and I am updating my review. All along the perimeter there is now a chipping/white line? This looks terrible. Whatever is happening is unacceptable after only 2 months of installation. I have messaged the company on thumbtack and also on the phone number with no response. I will now have to file a dispute with thumbtack and I am in the process of speaking with another company to fix this. See photos, this is happening around the whole entire countertop, in some spots it is much worse than others.

We apologize for the inconvenient , that line should be due a bad batch of silicone used. We spoke with Victoria , she sent a message on Monday 14th at noon , but We were not working that day. We answered the message on Tuesday morning , and We saw that she left this bad review. We went to her house 3 hours away from hour shop and We fixed the issue. The customer is happy again with our job and responsiveness. But now Thumthack does not let her change the review again , so We are explaining that everything was good , fixed and the customer is happy with the job again.
