I have reached out to Valance over the weekend, he responses quickly. Was able to come out and do the job with in few days, apportionment was booked. He saw me without shoes in a house so he immediately took his shoes out when he 1st came in the house to inspect the carpet to clean, he then wore disposable shoes covered next time when he came in the house with all his equipment. It took him about 1.5 hrs to do the job, no more food stains behind on the carpet, carpet looks new! Highly recommend this individual for your next carpet cleaning.
