I had an excellent experience with Ricart’s Home Improvement Corp., and I cannot say enough good things about Luis. He is reliable, kind, considerate, and incredibly accommodating.

When my parents’ basement flooded, Luis took the time to assess the situation and immediately took action to address the problem. He was patient and reassuring with my parents, who were understandably very worried, and went above and beyond by helping coordinate the emptying of the basement and getting the remediation process started in a timely manner.

Luis is honest, reasonable, and truly cares about getting the job done correctly. He works efficiently, communicates well, and follows through. It was such a relief knowing I had someone dependable helping my parents during a stressful situation.

I would highly recommend Ricart’s Home Improvement and Luis to anyone looking for someone who is trustworthy, responsive, and gets the job done right!

Luis was efficient, knowledgeable and very respectful, & he did a fantastic job of cleaning up my guest bathroom after the glass shower door completely shattered, leaving glass all over the floor!
